Professional Management
Fordham Hill is proudly managed by First Service Residential and has an on site Management Office that employs a senior property manager and a professional administrative staff. The management office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On-Site Maintenance
Fordham Hill also has an onsite Maintenance Office that is open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Under the supervision of our Maintenance Director, we employ full staff of service personnel including handymen, porters, and live-in superintendents.
